Booking Information

Now you can book to come on our trips online. You will pay part of the cost of the trip online and the rest will be collected on the coach, on the day in cash. As we are a voluntary organisation we cannot guarantee that you will be able to come on a particular trip. We will endevour to accommodate everyone but we do have limited capacity and although we can book an extra coach this may not be possible.

Once a coach is full you can opt to go on a waiting list. You will pay a returnable holding deposit and should space become available you will receive an e-mail informing you that you are now booked. Paying to go on the waiting list does not mean that you are booked on a trip. Your money will be refunded within 5 working days should there be no room.

Tickets will also be on sale in the Ground Floor lobby of the Carrington building on the two Wednesday lunchtimes preceeding a trip.

If you are booked on a trip and fail to arrive at the Sports Centre car park for any reason before the coach leaves you will lose the money that you have paid for your ticket.
